i just bought beyond the zone spike it hair cement. its the kind that has colored int i. when you use it it temp. gives you color but washes right out.

i applied it to dry hair and it would not dry at all. i even used a blow dryer. and it did wash right out.

i was just wondering if any of you have any tips as to how to use it and have it dry. i have shoulder length hair and i want to put a streak of it under my layers.

I use Beyond the Zone Party Time Pink. To get my best results (in my profile pic) I bleach my hair, wash (no conditioner) and blow dry completely. Then I add the Beyond the Zone dye and wrap in seran wrap (or a plastic bag) and I leave it on my hair for like . . . hours. I retouched my hair just the other day and left it on for about 6 hours before rising in cold cold water and sealed it with an Argon Oil conditioner. Then I don't wash for at least another day or so. Anytime after that I wash my hair, I do it in cold water and with color boosting shampoo.
