I want to do designs on my nails by using scotch tape but every time I try, the nail polish underneath always peels off. How can you prevent this??

If you take a piece of tape and lay it on the back of your hand and rip it off a couple times dead skin will get on it and then you can position it on your painted nails and peel it off with no problem.
