I have a ton of pimples on my back and chest. its not a pretty view:( any products of remides to get rid of the acne? thanks xo :)

Exfoliate back. Use olive oil soap or seaweed soap.

I use the neutrogena body clear body wash. It works great and is only about $6.

It may help if you put your hair up or over your shoulder when you have conditioner in it.
