How to get the underneath of natural nails white.

Sally Hansen sells a pencil just for that.. It pretty much is the same as a white eyeliner I believe... I didn't like it though... It got all over the skin on my finger tips, plus when you wash your hands it goes away. Maybe you will have better luck with it?
