Don't use shampoos that are high in sulfate, use combs to brush it when it's wet, not bristled brushes, and use strengthening creams and. conditioners.

Okay, let me be honest with you. the whole "trim your hair every 2 or 3 months" thing is a lie. if your hair needs a trim, then trim it a little bit. your hair only grows a little bit each month, but if you keep cutting that much and more every few months, you are guarenteed no visible growth by the bottom. hair grows from the roots, not the tips, so make sure to keep a healthy scalp. massage the scalp to help with blood flow and make sure its never too dry.

Only cut your hair when you have split ends, no amount of products will get rid of them unfortunately and they only become bigger resulting in having to have more of your hair trimmed:) but if you don't have any then go with what everyone else said! X
