I have skin exactly like that. Lately my face has began to clear up, but I attempted to use baby Vaseline as moisturizer last night and I got a little breakout on my forehead. Tonight after I cleansed with my regular cleanser, I "toned" with sea salt mixed into lukewarm water. Then I used one of my Stridex wipes all over my face. Then I used my regular moisturizer from my eyebrows down. On my forehead, I mixed a little bit of my spot treatment with honey because honey is a natural antibacterial & moisturizer. Hopefully the pimples have reduced along with the redness by morning.
By the way, here is a list of the products that have helped clear my skin up:
1. St Ives green tea gel cleanser
2. Stridex Wipes
3. Clean n clear astringent (the peachy pink colored one)
4. Simple daily moisturizer mixed with vitamin e oil
5. Freeman's oatmeal and avocado clay mask
6. Freeman's cucumber peel off mask
By the way, there not particularly in that specific order haha. And I don't recommend Vaseline as a moisturizer :|

I've herd those spots are from being stressed out or eating to much sugar lol (probably not true) but wash your face with light soap/face wash to make sure you don't get black heads and for your nose and forehead biore strips really work but on problem spots put honey and cinnamon mixed in a paste and keep on for 15 min.... But my all time favorite mask is to paint egg whites and let harden (focus on your problem spots) IT WORKS MIRACLES ~ I hope I helped:)

Oh and this might sound weird, but I don't wash my face in the morning. All I do is rinse my face with lukewarm water, pat dry, and use my moisturizer (without vitamin e oil this time).
