What can I do to make them seem even greener or just more noticeable?

I wear lots of browns, golds, silvers, or a bit of purple. I wear mascara on my top eyelashes, and I wear clothing that accentuates green eyes and my red hair. I wear black and grey mostly, and sometimes shades of green; teal, bright green, or dark pale evergreen.

Matte browns and nude colors are great. Even a subtle real eyeliner is a great thing to try.
