I hate my skin tone!

So my skin tone is kinda of a yellowish color, I HATE IT!! most of my clothes doesn't match with it! so do you have any ideas to make it brighter, clear, and fresh? Thanks :)

Are you more of an olive color? Cause that how I am. I find that more metallic colors match. But if your more yellow then try darker colors.
