I purchased my Mia from a website called www.skinterra.com last October. The other day I went to charge it and it does nothing but pulsates and won't turn on. I called clarisonic customer service and they are sending me a brand new one, no hassle. I was on the phone for a total of ten minutes. I am very impressed by how nice they were! Just had to say how happy I am! Usually dealing with a company's customer service is annoying and nothing but a headache...

Where are you from? mine has done the same thing after 2 months of having it, but the warranty says it only covers the US.

I am from the United States. As long as you purchased it from an authorized dealer they should be able to help you? Have you tried calling?

I think it was an authorised seller but I'm in Australia. I might try calling them :) thanks.
