Its mostly about cut and fit. where do you carry your weight? how tall are you? what areas of your body are you trying to conceal?

My legs and stomach. I'm 5.4 ft tall and weigh 138lb.

I'm a bit self conscious too! I worry about that as well… some loose clothes (not too loose) work well... Eg. If you wore trousers, try to put the top bit over your belly button which holds the extra fat in... Ummm... Don't worry too much! Be confident with urself and I promise you, you'll be fine xo.

You are gorgeous! Tailored highwaisted shorts that come to mid thigh will skim over your hips and flatter your lower belly. Pair with a sheer floaty blouse and a pair of wedges to elongate your legs! Good luck x

Straight leg jeans will give the illusion of a longer leaner leg. they create a straight line from the hips to the floor. avoid bootcut or tapered pants. the best way to tell if you've got a true straight leg is to take the hem and match it to the knee if they're the same width its the right cut. avoid bottoms that go past the knee they'll make you look squatty.
to camouflage a tummy, wrap tops, blouses with darting, certain empire waists and structured jackets. same rules can be applied to dresses. hope this helps!

I really like peplum. It hides my stomach/love handles.

Black makes the body look slimmer I am the same way gurl but I am 5'8.

Black is slimming, and on some people vertical stripes create the illusion that they are taller and slimmer. Flowing tops also look nice on people with slightly bigger thighs, and an empire waistline on dresses/tops make the waist look smaller.

Anything with a waiste. Shoes without ankle straps! A jeans with small pockets at the back. And the seam (?) of the jeans has to be a little bit to the front, not on the sides. This makes your legs really thin. Go for cleavage, don't wear any scarfs because they make your neck look short...and you don't want that because you have a beautiful face that will magically make anything you think is wrong with your body disapear when a man looks at you. Btw most of them love to hold on to a little bit of meat. :)

Peplum will define a waistline, belts will also help cinch in a waistline for an hourglass shape. Blouses with a tight/drawstring bottom will camoflauge any tummy and make it appear as 'flowy' instead. Black is a classic slimming colour, stay away from large prints and horizontal stripes. :)

Accentuate the thinnest part of your body, which is probably your waist. Wear belts, or shorts and skirts that are high waisted!

It's all about fit. Defining a waist and showing off your favorite part of your body. Try not to wear any clothes that cut you off or mess up your proportions. Horizontal stripes make you appear longer and leaner and so do nude pumps.

I swear by dark coloured peplum tops, I love them to hide my stomach & love handles. I always feel frump in a loose top!

Ever since I had my son I haven't been able to drop weight I am 130 right now and am 5'6 my stomache and thighs are my problem, I think loose blouses work the best!! But I don't think there is anything you can do about your legs or that I know of

Clothes with vertical stripes on them give the illusion of you being taller and thinner.
