I've just recently brought an organic night cream made from rose water. When I apply it my face instantly goes hard and stiff and starts stinging me. Is this normal for rose water stuff?

Buy some aloe leaves, open them and put them on your face to help your face recover from the allergic reaction. try an oatmeal and honey mask too.

If your skin looks great since using it I say use it beauty hurts sometimes plus I don't know about hard and stiff but your skin should tighten b cuz your pores are closing which is what you want no one wants big pores showing.

Stop using it. That is your skin reacting negatively to it. Beauty shouldn't harden your skin and include a sting.

Tightness is also a bad sign,tightness can result from putting fish soap on your face, bad! Your face probably is sensitive and you should definitely stop using the cream.

I'm a cosmetologist and daisha honey youre dead wrong! any product that goes on your skin should not hurt! hair removal is painful, but nothing else beauty related should be no matter what it is. somethings might be slightly uncomfortable, but NEVER painful.
sarah you are either allergic or thks product os not right for you. I reccommend visiting an esthetician to have your skin analyzed so they can guide you to a better chioce.
