Is the mineral veil like a translucent powder or something? What does it do?

It's usually a shimmering powder that sets your makeup, I use it as foundations I don't need much coverage.

It sets your makeup, it's just a translucent powder to help matify your foundation, there is no shimmer in it.

It has cornstarch and a few other ingredients in it to help set makeup. its very easy to make a perfect dupe..look up MascKara on Google and her blog shows you how :)
