I've run out of my current highlighter and I've just been using eyeshadow in its place. What are some good quality, yet inexpensive highlighters? I prefer a powder over a cream, btw.

I own NARS albatross which is good. I just ordered the YSL Touché Éclat pen, I haven't been able to use it yet but I've heard it's one of the best out there. A little pricey ($40) but I think it will be worth it.
