I've run out of my current highlighter and I've just been using eyeshadow in its place. What are some good quality, yet inexpensive highlighters? I prefer a powder over a cream, btw.

Hard Candy bronzer in Tiki! Super shimmery, yellow champagne color. It's beautiful!

If you're in the UK or have topshop available to you I know that they sell a really good powder highlighter

I use this one by MUA and I love it. Its really pigmented and looks really natural. If your in the uk you can get it in superdrug I think its 3.50 or if your not you can buy it from the MUA website but even with the shipping fee it won't cost much.

I own NARS albatross which is good. I just ordered the YSL Touché Éclat pen, I haven't been able to use it yet but I've heard it's one of the best out there. A little pricey ($40) but I think it will be worth it.
