I go to my local tanning salon and they do it there. Mine usually lasts a good 2 weeks. But of course it lightens up within those few weeks. I was also told to buy this hemp lotion at Salleys beauty supply store. It has something in it that helps a tan last longer. Hope I helped!

I've heard fake bake is good. I never tried a spray tan though.
