How do you get the perfect beach waves for hair?

1. Start with dry hair and get an empty spray bottle and fill it up with water.
2. Spritz your hair lightly with the bottle, if you start with damp hair, your waves won't last long as the moisture will weigh down the waves.
3. Section off your hair: The bigger the sections, the bigger the waves. The smaller the sections- you guessed it :-) ( I have long hair so I split in half and split the half's in half's again to create medium waves, so I do 4 sections)
4. You may want to spritz your hair again, next get a section and split it in two and twist the pieces around each other so you end up with a long twirl.
5. After that, twist the section into a bandu knot bun and tie with an elastic band or bobby pin/ hair pin.
6. Do this with the rest of the sections and after all sections are done, you may want to spray your hair with hairspray or water. You can sleep on them or leave them in for a few hours!

Tools for the beach waves:
-comb/ brush (to comb/ brush your hair before you do the beach waves)
- bobby pins/ hair pins/ hair tie (to tie your bandu knots with
- empty spray bottle ( to spritz your hair with)
OPTIONAL: Any type of hair spray to help beach waves last longer
An alternative for empty spray bottle is just wet your hands and run your fingers through your hair instead of spritzing
Hope I helped and good luck :-)

French braid after you take a shower and leave it in for an hour. Mine always come out looking like Taylor swift ;)

I use a defuser until my hair is damp then I put it in a French braid. Elyscia, I just bought Not Your Mothers Beach Babe and I wasn't to big of a fan :/ it wasn't wavy enough for me it just looked like a poof ball. But it's not sticky so that's nice. Lol.
