I'm just wondering what flat iron you guys would suggest for black hair, particularly natural black hair.

My boyfriends mom has the Chi, she's white, and I was skeptical at first cause we have two completely different hair types, but it was amazing!

Go with ceramic plates. Tourmaline is nice but would probably burn your hair, and titanium plates tend to develop hot spots. Go with Aleighnna's suggestion. You could also try Sally's, they have the GVP version of the Chi at a much cheaper price.
