I started using Buffy from lush. It's like a soap bar that washes, exfoliates and moisturizes all in one. I rub it between my hands and then on the back of my neck and shoulders while I shower every other day. I found it works really well. It gets rid of the bacteria and moisturizes and my backne went away almost entirely.

Plain glycerin soap, but put it on a brush and scrub with that. It is soo cheap and works GREAT.

At any drugstore, pick up some acne pads and rub them on the problem areas on your back while you are taking a shower. =)

I used African black soap and it cleared away my bacne pretty quickly! Now there's just a little bit of scarring left and those are starting to disappear too :))
