This isn't talked about much but NYC eyeshadows are probably one of my favorite drugstore eyeshadows they are cheap creamy and pigmented they are mostly neutral colors.

Rimmel London's exaggerate liquid eyeliner and sleek's ink pot gel eyeliner are amazing much better than ones by high end brands I think!
