I have never worn make up before and I am thinking about starting. But I know absolutely nothing about it. Any tips on what I should wear and how? I don't know names of makeup or how to put it on lol.

First try maskers witch goes on your eyelashes next if you want you can put eyeshadow on your eyelid or lid same thing find a color like this
It opens up your eyes I don't think you realy need eyeliner if next take a peachy pink lipgloss or lipstick and your done I hope this helped

I would go on you tube and search for natural make up... Lisa Eldridge is great and so is beauty broadcast's Emily eddington to name just two. Good luck, beautiful!

YouTube is your friend!! It will teach you all you need to know and more. But don't think you need to buy expensive makeup cuz drugstore cosmetics are wonderfull wet-n-wild is a good brand and nyx
