Scrub with White sugar with water, rinse and then use a q-tip to apply straight Vaseline. It's cheap, fast and works wonders!! Just do it at night so the Vaseline doesn't come off when you eat, and apply Chapstick (Softlips are my favorite) during the day.

I agree with Lynzie. Also, don't use vaseline/petroleum jelly.

Lush makes amazing lip scrubs! And they're edible, I have the mint julep one and it leaves my lips so soft, and tastes super yummy lol.

Lush is soo good. but if its sin burnt you might also wanna soothe the lips after a scrub. Vaseline and jojoba mixed and applied every night helps the skin heal right. or. get this blistex. it saves lives swear to god.

I make my own.
Granulated sugar, honey, and a drop of Vanilla. Optional is sometimes I toss some cinnamon in it. Completely edible and I have amazingly smooth lips.
For moisture sealant after, I use coconut oil or a chapstick. :)
