If you have a steady hand so the liquid doesn't get IN your eye. I used to do it but I wouldnt recommend it. I'd say for waterline, pencil or gel

I only do the very corner of my waterline with liquid, just so it connects cohesively. But all down the line? Hell no.

I wouldn't. The liquid liner would most like run into your eye and irritate.

Only pencil! You really shouldn't use it on bottom it can make your are eye nasty and watery.

I do it every day. You Have to have a steady hand! Also when you're putting it on pull the bottom lid out until it dries so it doesn't get into your eye. But don't go all the way to the little corner. Just go halfway.
