How to get rid of baby bangs, that were previously cut off and grew back thicker?!

The only way to fix bang problems is to let them grow out. Sorry :-/ But on the bright side your hair will be thicker when they do.

Just let em grow. Use hairspray to hold them in place with the rest of your hair.
