Foundation, top eyeliner, neutral eyeshadow, and mascara. That's what I do :)

Your skin looks quite lovely, so I'd say concealer where needed with powder to control any excess oil. Perhaps shape your brows or fill them in a bit to define them? Not necessary, but can really bring out your eyes.
Golds, peach, or warm brown shadow with curled eyelashes and a nice mascara. Lipgloss as well!
You're already very pretty though :)

Maybe curl your lashes and apply some mascara. Your eyes are gorgeous so this will draw more attention to them
