Do you guys do it? neutrogena is great on my skin but hate that the shades tend to be kinda pinkish. I just bought Revlon colorstay but I'm not too happy with this shade either. Would it be a disaster if I mixed these different brands?

You can always try it! I mix mine on some days! Because somedays I notice that my one foundation oxidizes too much therefore making my face dark so ill sometimes mix it with a hint of a lighter one!

I mix concealers! Mixing foundations is perfectly ok. Just make sure you're looking at it in natural light to make sure it's actually blending with your skin colour properly. :)

And no mixing brands is fine but you do want to look at what kind of products your mixing like for example you wouldn't want to mix a water based foundation with an oil based foundation because then it will just separate on your face n look a hot mess just FYI

@Mayra how do you know whether products are water based or not? I usually go with w/e is meant for oily skin hoping it won't be oil based. Is that ok? Might sound like a dumb question but I'm 22 and barely started putting more effort into my makeup :)

Try going to sephora or MAC, they will match you and suggest alternative brands if the products are not in your budget. Good luck.
