I currently run a cosmetics blog as it is, but it is mostly just pictures of various, lovely makeup items. I want to get into reviewing, swatching, and full out beauty blogging. Should I keep with tumblr or relocate to somewhere else such as blogger or wordpress?

Since you already have a background with Tumblr, I'd stay with that. A lot of people have one and so do a lot of makeup companies.

I use both Blogger and Tumblr, that way you can reach out to a larger range of people.
Following you, btw. :)
