Hi Beauties! I have really damaged hair from bleaching it myself, I know dumb idea, but anyways.. I've tried everything! I quit dying my hair, I've been taking fish oil pills for months, I've tried Moroccan oil, L'Oreal Total Repair 5 shampoo and conditioner, CHI Silk Infusion, and hot oil treatments. I've tried Mane&Tail shampoo and conditioner in the past but I'm severely allergic to it! Are there any hair masks or anything that could fix this! THANKS!! XOXO.

Try using natural oil masks and deep conditioning, don't use heat and color on your hair and try to trim your hair over time to get rid of most of the damage.

I actually JUST washed a homemade hair mask out that I was debating on and read a lot of great reviews so I went for it and I am in love , my hair feels like virgin hair that was never dyed or had heat on. All it is is you put a table spoon of honey in a bowl and 4 table spoons of olive oil and put it in the microwave for 20 seconds than massage it in your roots and work your way down the hair than put extra on the ends and let it sit for an hour than rinse, wash and condition it like your daily routine in the shower I promise you will love it!

The living proof restore product line works wonders! it actually fixes your hair and gets rid of all split ends! its a bit pricey but I would highly recommend trying the hair mask :) I don't see as good results with the shampoo and conditioner but I see results instantly with the mask. I put it on dry hair wait a couple hours then rinse it off in the shower. it is the BEST product I have ever tried and the only one able to fix my very damaged hair. you can get it at sephora or ulta for around $30 :)

Cut off alllll of your damaged hair, don't use heat. Use Sulfate Free Shampoo and Conditioners. Also, Lee Staffords Hair Growth Treatment inbetween the shampoo and conditioner. THIS MAKES THE BIGGEST DIFFERENCE IN YOUR HAIR OK. and use hair masks! I love olive oil, coconut oil, and Macadamia Natural Oil Deep Repair Mask! Hope this helps!
