Primer for sensitive skin.

Hey Guys!! I have acne prone sensitive skin... I use make up for ever matt velvet + foundation from sephora. I use a moisturizer before using the foundation. I am thinking of using a primer so that my foundation can easily blend in and remains put all day. I will really appreciate if you guys can suggest me a inexpensive primer for my skin which is easily available in drugstores and also if I use I primer, is there a need tu use a moisturizer and then primer...or I can use a primer directly on my face. I am really sorry I hv never used a primer before...so I will appreciate any suggestions...:)

Moisturizer before using a primer...I haven't found a good drugstore brand for sensitive skin. I too find it difficult with sensitive skin issues I have eczema. I've been using Makeup Forever I have never had issues with it.
