I have really long hair and would take for ever to curl it with a curling iron so intrested in heatless curls even better to sleep on them overnight..thanks girls in advance love you girls for ure advice.

I use this all the time. apply a canola oil hair mask, shampoo and condition, then rinse it all out. you can use rub baking soda in your hair in the shower to let it soak up the oil. then you let your hair semi dry and put into a braid. sleep with the braid in your hair, in the morning if dry let your hair loose and wah- la!! it will be a bit more oily than normal ( that helps hold the curl) but your hair is clean and certain oil is super nutritious!!

Try the headband curls! I have hair upto my bottom and very fine and hard to work with, which means that with any sort if curling irons they don't stay at all. However with this method it stays for days!
