Does it matter what brand of hair, skin, and nail vitamins you get? Are the expensive ones better or is it basically all the same?

I'm pretty sure all that matters is the active ingredient, but I'm not 100% sure...

Just compare the ingredients list! that's what I do for just about everything... you'd be surprised to learn that sometimes generic is just as good as the name brand stuff... and you'll save money too!

With some things, more expensive products are better, though most of the time the cheap ones work just as well :) I'm such a cheapskate haha x

Just make sure to compare ingredients, some capsules have fillers in them that take away from the amount of supplement you get from the actual vitamin

The ones I have only costed like $4 and last for 30 days so I guess I'll see how they work out and then go from there:)

I bought my biotin at dg for $2. It's the same thing and works just as well, however the dosage per pill may be different.
