What is a lip plumper. I have been wearing makeup forever but I still do not know what a lip plumper is! Please help!

Most lip glosses from bare minerals / buxom have plumping things in them. the lip gloss will be minty smelling usually and tingle on your lips and your lips will look more full

A lip plumper is similar to a gloss however contains ingredients with induce a mild allergic reaction, thus your lips swell up. They look very full and plump. I would recommend Too Faced Lip Injection Extreme
