You should try something like a steam before which will open up your pore gently then scrub with a fine exfoliant then rub some tea tree. If it is really acne and not a break out from hormons or stress I suggest your find yourself a black soap ( charcoal soap ). Lush makes good ones called dark angels and coalface. In the opposite case, any type of relaxation and calming mask against stress or hormons should help you very much!

Baking Soda to the rescue!! Mix 1 part of good 'ol H2O with 2 parts Baking Soda. It should be a thick paste like consistency. Slather it on your face and scrub away. It cheap, doesn't have tons of things you can't pronounce and it works; clearing pores and eliminating blackheads. Hope this helps. XOXO.

Go to your dermatologist and have them prescribe you something. I had the same problem and my dermatologist prescribed me Ziana and it works miracles! Haha good luck(:

Try lemon. Put it on at night and sleep with it. Wash off in the morning.
Nutmeg, cinnamon, and honey mask. Leave on for 30 minutes then rinse.
I'm a huge fan of these. Only thing that works to get rid of acne, in my opinion... And they're all natural!

Acne only sprouting up on the forehead...that was a major problem for me. What cancelled them out was taking dairy out of my diet. Also, I ate less sugar (I'm a sucker for candy). It made a dramatic difference in my skin. In the meantime I would spot treat with an acne treatment like some of the gals mention here on your thread.
