I want to get some streaks of pink in my hair but I don't want to bleach my hair and then have To dye it back. Are there any better ways to dye your hair? What's the best hair dye?

You can always try chalking your hair. It's the easiest way to "dye" your hair without the stress of worrying about dying your hair over. This is just in terms of what you're looking for. You can also try a semi-permanent or Demi-permanent dye :) like manic panic or ion color.
