Today I was wondering how you do liquid eye liner with out it smudging please help.!

Instead of trying to drag the liner across my entire lid I do short dashes. it leaves a lot less room for error :)

Liquid liner can b hard to apply and wear. Gel liners or kohl pencils are much easier to manage and can be worn in waterline, you can set using a dark eyeshadow. Liquid liner not good on your water line, will smudge and run with eye moisture. :)
