Are there any tricks or remedies to help with oily bumpy skin? I don't have acne. just some bumps every once in awhile around the chin and nose. are there any really good products for that?

It sounds like you may have clogged pores. You may want to try a toner or cleanser with salicylic acid,It will help clear out the pores and reduce both the bumps and oiliness.Once a day may be enough as it can be a bit drying. For this reason,I'd use one or the other but not both.
