To be honest I wouldnt recommend using any peroxide product at all if you have sensitive skin. That's stuff's not even good for normal skin lol
if it's a lightening effect your after you can use lemon juice, google "skin lightening with lemon" =]

Try lemon juice-fresh. It will lighten spots and even out skin tone (I've never tried it-but that's what the rumor is lol).

Sally Hansen makes a great hair bleach for the face and body!...that is if you're referring to hair. If you are referring to skin I would use a brightening mask, I find the best to be Korean
