If you don't like it you can always change it.
Schwartzkopf brilliance hypnotic red is awesome colour and lasts about a month before you have to redye it which is good for a red dye.

This is my hair with that dye. You don't have to bleach it first either if you don't want to. It still gives a nice red

I love the picture you posted of the haircut, not so much as the color. I think like a ash brown with highlights would look great for your skin tone. Post pictures when you decide. Good luck beautiful. :)
