Not sure about heat, but leave it in as long as possible but at least 20 min.

I usually put a towel in the dryer beforehand, then wrap it around my hair when it's warm and leave the oil in for about a half hour.

For next time heat the honey up so its easier to apply and then when you're done wrap seran wrap around your head. and if you feel like it you can blow dry your head with heat for a but which will make it absorb the moisture. and then leave it in for about 30-45 minutes :)

I know! I couldn't believe my results , at first I was like honey in my hair?! I don't think so lol but after reading all the reviews I had to try it now I'm going to be using this mask once a week!

In our grooming sessions our instructor told us sumthing called as 45 mins routine 4 hair.. 45mins n rinse..
