Definitely get a black belt, can you have the shirt untucked? That will help with the pants. It looks like you could go a size smaller in the shirt, that will help you look more streamlined. For hair I suggest something low maintenance, a high pony, you could tease the crown or a French braid, I assume it has to be pulled back from your face so avoid side ponytails and such.

I wouldn't suggest altering the uniform itself... it's a "uniform" for a reason and messing with its look is not the way to get on a new boss's good side. Amp up your hair and makeup if you feel drab in it (I know, I work at DQ LOL)
