All of a sudden my face is just covered in spots I don't know if its from stress or no but what's the best treatment or tricks to use,please help :-)

That depends on your skin type? Are you dry, oily, combo or normal?

That happens to me a lot. Usually for me it's because my skin is dry, so maybe try moisturizing? I hope this helps!
