I think you'd look cute with length just past the collar bone and side swept bangs. A little messy looking. Color you have now is pretty, or go darker.

I'm a hairstylist! You have awesome eyes, if you didn't do anything but add a bang the effect would be huge, try a longer wispy bang just below eyebrow length , or a short fringy side swept. As for color, a nice copper or deep auburn would look spectacular with your coloring and and bring out your eyes like crazy.
