Have you tried Moroccan oil? Otherwise coconut oil is good too (and cheaper). If your hair is really damaged, you'll probably need a trim too. Good luck!

Use a good conditioner and avoid use of tools with heat- a trim and a good heat defence spray will help.

You could start buying sulfate free shampoos, sulfate strips your hair of all the good proteins your hair needs to stay strong n healthy and also coconut oil,and almond oil is very good for your hair I really recommend getting organic extra virgin cold pressed coconut oil.=] they sell it on amazon or your local food stores!=]

Cool (or cold if you can handle it) shower. Sulfate free. Or try a natural shampoo :p A deep conditioner. Coconut oil or some kind of mask. A good leave-in conditioner, or some coconut, don't use to much if it's coconut oil because it'll make your hair (duh) oily lol Get a trim often, avoid heat like blow drying or straightening. Basically what everyone has said lol.

Get a reconstructing conditioning treatment at your local salon, usually if you're just getting a treatment it's like 30 bucks and they really work. All my clients with damaged hair get them and their hair always improves!

To repair damaged hair, try using a moisturizing treatment like pro naturals moroccan argan oil hair mask once a week. Massaging your scalp weekly with coconut oil, almond oil or argan oil also helps, it’s very moisturizing and makes your hair softer as well. Leave in the oil for about 30-50 minutes under a shower cap or warm towel. You may have to leave the treatment in overnight and wash it out in the morning if your hair requires it. Also, trim regularly to prevent split ends and avoid heat and dyes.
