You probably already know this, but don't shampoo it every night. I mean, still shower, but only use conditioner or just leave it.

Always use a heat protectant! Also make sure your heat tool is set at the proper temperature. Moving tools like flat irons should be at a high temp like 450, where as tools that you don't move as much like curling irons set to 350F degrees. For heat protectant, I use HBL Thermal Spray which you can't go wrong with because the more you use it, the healthier it makes your hair!

On the night before you wash your hair the next day you should massage almond oil onto your hair then you should wash the next day with a great shampoo and conditioner I really like the shampoos by CHI haircare and TARACCO CALI those are great for hair and don't give out dandruff then after washing wait until all your hair is dry then apply a small ammount of leave in conditioner I really like the AVEDA SMOOTH INFUSION then
straight blow dry your hair and after that comb it out then use a dry shampoo which can be purchased at beauty stores and spray it in your hair and massage it around until you can't see the white residue my favorite one is the BATISTE DRY SHAMPOO they work very well and then after that sit back relax and enjoy voluminous gorgeous hair

Every month I use extra Virgin olive oil in my hair and leave it in for 2 hours then I rinse it out well. It restores the natural oils in the hair.

Use the Macadamia deep repair hair mask every time you shower and try not to heat style as much, but if you do use a protectant. Also if at all possible try for natural and sulfate free products.
