Has anyone tried these over the counter hair, skin and nail tablets? do they work? my hair have started to thin out and I'm noticing a dull appearance on my face and neck. Please help..

I've been taking biotin for about a month and I've noticed my nail are much stronger, I havent noticed much change in my hair as yet but in going to continue because I hear good things so ill just be patient. As for my skin I've never really had any problems with it so its been the same. Good luck.

Not over the counter but have used the ones from The Vitamin Shoppe and work great. A bit expensive for the big jar but they last you forever :)
