I have the saaame problem! But probably because I'm petite. So a lot of jeans are too big in the crotch for me, but especially leggings! So I always wear a long shirt over them.

For some reason a lot of Victoria's secret clothing fits me awkward too haha, I ordered a one piece swim suit there and the crotch was super long and baggy, it was weird! I had to take it back!

Sometimes... I have like 2 or 3 pair from target that don't sag in the crotch they're like $8. They do fade though.
