I can never get it right! Either it looks to small and you can't see it or I have raccoon eyes! I've tried pencil and liquid and I can't find a good hypoallergenic one that glides on and doesn't bother my eyes.

Get a gel, I find it has the best control. Also, get a decent angled brush like ELF's studio line angled brush for $3. Get some gel on the brush and gently rest your hand on your cheekbone. Starting in the middle of your eyelid, pull the brush as close along your lash line as you can, using small even strokes. Add lines as needed! :)

Gel & angled brush has always been the easiest for me. Maybelline eye studio gel liner and essence angled brush. For waterline I use pencil though ud 24/7 or hello kitty (they're very creamy and smooth).

You can get Ud 24/7 at ulta and sephora and I believe hello kitty you can only get at sephora well that's where I purchased mine.

I really like MAC's penultimate. It has a fine tip, it isn't wet, goes on very smoothly, and stays on!
