Clean up your lower lash line, and I would probably make blue extend up a bit I don't know ttry looking at the picture in the link. it is really nice tho:).

To contrast the blue I would have put maybe a green color on my lower lash line or a gold! You have a lot of black around your eye in general so I wouldn't have colored my lower waterline black to begin with. Would have done a gold a greenish aqua or just white to brighten the eye.
