Have you ever taken them? I'm doing that and Mane n Tail. How many micrograms did you take and how often? How long did it take to see results? I'm sooo excited! I take 5,000mcg twice a day. So 10,000 a day. Should I only take one a day? Pleeeeease answer. 😊❤️

They make hair grow all over your body haha but they work! I took only 5,000 but I'm diabetic so I take 109173 other pills a day so I didn't wanna risk it
