Agreed with Symone! Also try deep conditioning! A good one is Aussie moist 3 minute miracle! And maybe try an African American deep conditioner because African American day tends to be much coarser and dry!

I had the same problem. Try the hot oil treatment and something you can do everyday is a leave in conditioner which I found helps a lot.
