L'oreal lumi magique pure light primer. It's the only "drug store" one I've bought and wasn't impressed. Made me more intent on ticking with high end.

I didn't buy it but hard candy primer that luminizing one. It's like it evaporated on my skin and the luminizing particles decided they spead and fall off.
