Well what are you looking to achieve? Do you have a good complexion or do you need a bit of foundation to cover up some blemishes? Are you wanting to dress up your eyes with eyeshadow, mascara, and/or eyeliner? Your question was a bit vague so I'm not sure or what to start helping you with. But a few words of advice is that the makeup process requires a good bit of trial and error. Something that may work for one may be completely terrible for another. But I do believe that every woman must have at least foundation (liquid or powder), eyeliner, mascara, and/or lipstick or lipgloss. I'm not sure if that was helpful but there are SO many things you can do with makeup - so try to determine the look you're trying to achieve and start there :)

You are a very pretty lady, so I would say start with natural hues for the eyes, a lite glowing bronze cheek, and of course eyelashes and lips. Try a Carmel brown color eye shadow. It will brighten your eyes and flow with any color. For mascara, I say choose a dark brown mascara. ( covergirl is the best!) for the cheeks use a lite bronze powder and brush it on the apples of your cheeks, a tiny bit on your forehead, chin, and neck. For lips!!!! Burtsbees color Chapstick:)

In my opinion, I would start with a tinted moisturizer or concealer just to give the face more of an even tone and as well as maybe cover some blemishes or redness. I'd also get a mascara to help make you look like you have lashes (because I don't have any) and open the eyes more. I also think another great thing would be blush because it gives you warmth to the face and a bit of a glow. I'd then get a tinted chapstick or a moisturizing lipstick.

Here is a suggestion??
Foundation: Revlon Colorstay (they have for dry/normal and oily formulas and a great color selection)
Blush: Milani Baked blushes are a great drugstore option and they are a bit shimmery so you won't need a highlight
Eyeshadow: Maybelline has great neutral quads
Eyeliner: Milani has a great pencil eyeliner or Maybelline line stiletto
Mascara: Cover Girl Lash Blast
